"We had an excellent week staying in Buttercup. The property was spotless on arrival, and we were met with fresh flowers, wine and cake. The owners left detailed instructions on how things worked, and contact numbers if we had any problems, which we didn't. The barn was very warm, despite a howling gale outside. The complex of barns share the outside areas, and there is a lawned area which the children enjoyed. The road is fairly busy, and the gate remained open throughout our visit, which meant that we were not completely relaxed when the children were playing outside. The beach is literally across the road, and although the weather was not brilliant during our week, the children and the dog had a great time there. The area itself is quiet, but Holyhead is only 20 minutes away, and it was a short journey of less than an hour to Snowdonia, where we visited Caernarfon, and also had a day on Snowdon. I would certainly reccommend this property if you are looking for a quiet, peaceful stay in beautiful countryside."

"beachcombers is a great place to relax and enjoy life at a slower pace.
its ideal for the coastal path in two directions.
it has lots of character and a nice cottage feel to it.
it also has a good tv/freesat/ dvd set up, just in case the weather changes, as we all know it can.
lots of parking space for your car and small boat.
all in all a great place to stay.
oh and did i mention that the beach is pretty much your garden.
